Central to Dr. Lowe’s work, is the theory that fibromyalgia is related to and in many cases caused by, an underactive thyroid gland, or, thyroid hormone resistance. Two very separate condition with the same resulting symptoms. His dedication to the scientific model puts him leagues ahead of other researchers in this area, and his commitment to his patients is second to none. This is a very informative interview, and if yourself or someone close suffers from chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia – or even if they are just tired, depressed and have trouble losing weight, I recommend you listen closely to what Dr. Lowe has to say.
